laws alone cant change the history of our country instead of mentality of the people can change what people supposedly think that theyre supposed to do But what it can do is it can bar the people from doing what theyre not allowed to do So these illiterate people who have no idea what is right and what is wrong with the moment you make laws they get the idea Okay Im not supposed to do this Im supposed to do that So thats how it works And I think right now one of the most imminent or the most important step would be to make laws against rape so that these people at least get to know that rape something which is in legal and they might have to face a penalty for ritual for it So I think thats how its gonna effect But in the long run laws alone conscious the mentality of the people They need more of fairness and they need to know the truth that you repeat something which is very wrong on in a patriarchal society that is very very difficult to explain it to women as well as mine
