Hi Um this shift wont happen overnight All over even a couple of days It takes in time because your biological body clock gets used to it On dhe I would say you can start slow Of course you start by removed not doing some of the things that you usually do at night So say if you keep checking your phone or if you watch Netflix or whatever you do at night you can slowly slowly reduce that and go to bed a little earlier by a little early I mean half in our early maybe to the time that you sleep now And it could have you to rise already so try that
