how to achieve a good mental health Okay Now give me a second Okay Okay So what do you think Affect your mental Held the most for most of the time like of the times its external factors So your mental health is mostly dependent when your emotions are dependent on someone else or something else For example if a certain person makes you happy if that person does something it affects your happiness is for the effective mental health If your happiness on what you feel about yourself depend on you know how expensive car you own are you know how much of an expensive phone you have or what people think about you So the thing is we gonna sometimes we cannot orders have what we want Right now its its a journey along the way and then you walk towards what we want to achieve it But the thing is we dont always have that right now on when we dont have it reattached our mental health our happiness what we feel about yourself for that particular thing of that particular person on me when we dont have that right now that leads to bad mental health So the key toe good mental health is that you need to love yourself You need to have things which makes you happy and keeps you calm So one of the things that I do is meditate Metadata keeps me you know focus It keeps it helps me realize my own space on Then I have started reading and you know I love reading I love making videos I do that I do that for myself And when I do that keeps me happy Because these are things which can no one take away from me These are things I do for myself on my mental health and away
