very good question to ask We all struggle with early morning issues Now what can be those early morning issues like Lets address that first you and lethargic You did not get a good nights sleep so you dont feel like working Its too early in the morning and have slept late There is a lot off disturbance in your head regarding water Do what not to do You have just woken up and you have no idea what to do with that thing So today were going to answer all of these questions That is a simple solution Toa all of this The first thing you have to do is to maintain a schedule Now Im not telling you to just go and write in the diary or do anything about it What I simply mean is that you need to know in your head at least that this is my target zone for sleep This is my target zone for getting up Ideally Ill tell you I wanted to get up at in the morning but I used to get about Never jump in a single day Its going to be impossible So what I did was the next day I started getting up but it I did that for days Then I shifted to Eventually after weeks I was at my target getting up time Now the best part is it started happening naturally I was naturally about even though if I slept late What you have to translate here is that the body is a system It takes time to adapt and you have to give it time to adapt You could not go Happens are its just like cooking There is a recipe and there is a way off using that recipe you cannot just throw ingredients into the pan and expect your best product Okamoto So understand that first secondly you have to plan your day and add ones now I dont mean write down everything that have to do in the morning Just choose one thing like I have this tame days What I do is if I have to be about on a Tuesday I know I have to write my block If its a Friday I know I have to go to the gym first and then concentrate on my writing on my book or anything because after doing some exercises writing is usually good as youre all freshened up and your buddy in is what active If its events today I know I have to sit and correct my papers And the thing that Im trying to tell you is you have to make sure that you have a bound schedule abound Schedule is something that gives you an idea off what youre supposed to do It doesnt bind you down to the details or the specific that youre only supposed to do this much I couldnt get them in there I dont anything but I have to get up and write giving yourself up context That is the most important thing So step number one decided Get up zone and I go down zone Step number two they said on your team Did what youre supposed to just give yourself a context Context is more than enough for you to understand what theyre supposed to do The next money step Number three Use your brains more than your emotions The most difficult part about getting up is determination Everyone is sleeping around Its a cold morning You just want to snuggle India blanket and go back to sleep So its more about overcoming that feeling that emotion and using your brain to put yourself on the right part and that is the most important thing you need to do So once youre up you know what theyre supposed to do And youll start using your head overcoming your emotions to go back to sleep You will get there and a bonus point Its okay to feel its okay to miss out Its OK to not be up on the days you decided to be up We are all humans Its okay Its okay Do not go around coursing yourself Or be be motivated by the fact that you could not keep it up for two mornings or three mornings or after days You overslept Be flexible in your approach Be stubborn on your goal All right So please decided Time decided Team that you want to do Decide the way youre going to go about it systematically slowly and slowly gradually come into that time and eventually you will be there So fixer morning issues who another day
