Hi everybody So I really feel that if if you roll your depressed or if youre feeling very bad sad or having any sort of anxieties the best way to protect yourself in start accepting the things if youre not financially stable it is okay Its not so big deal There are so many If you have anybody who has died in your family or if youre not happy with your body youd Youre doing a lot of things and youre not getting successful It is okay but you stop taking in action You stay at one place and you think for more things Just dont think and taken action Why are you getting the press Because youre always in your phone You are making an effort Youre not getting promotion You have one or the other reason Stop having reasons in your life to live at the end Youre not gonna take anything except the respect and the love youre gonna give to people Start respecting your life You have no respect towards your life You have You always have grudges towards your what your worked what Your bosses towards your own self towards your own life towards your family towards everything Stopped having grudges to have a beautiful life and first of all start being grateful to things grateful took people about it I think that is the best way you can come out of your depression and start accepting and start letting go off things That is the best way to get rid off your depression or your anxieties or your fears or anything Start accepting and start letting off stuff Thank you
