is education necessary for success Audio potentially towards ideas Education is absolutely necessary for success Why do I say this I think about this Okay so we did not exist in todays world Its a hypothetical situation and you are that one person whos come up with this idea off making home deliveries affordable for everyone Okay now the problems youll face Or let me just think about problems which you might face now The st is how do I get people to deliver food No How do I hire people How much do I pay them Do I pay them based on the number of deliveries theyre making per day or the kilometers which theyre traveling now to get the best possible solutions to any of these questions What you need to do is educate yourself on that particular domain You need to understand how the food industry works You need toe educate yourself on how that entire platform by itself works and only then you will be ableto creep Basically done your idea in tow a startup and grow post early in the past one year have invested more than lacks in basically be educating myself on a lot of different concepts Now thing Ive I see in todays world is that you people are Most of the people stop educating themselves as soon as they graduate from college because once you get into a job you basically do the bare minimum which is required for that base task And you do not think about whats the next step No fue a few might But Im Jen Im generalizing most of the population over here now The problem here is that youre always stuck in that same job and youre not educating yourself on anything else and youre still stuck Now you need to go out there and start reading New books are exploring new things because only and only when youre really passionate about solving any problem in India or any problem in the world is when that potential idea pushes you toe Educate yourself on that topic and hence by the end of the day you will be you will be able to turn the tables around and create a very successful start up right I am very passionate about uh removing unemployment and India and hence Im doing a lot of different things in order to train a lot of people in Dallas science and approach different colleges and Im doing a lot of different stuff But then again by the end of the day this isnt very new market for me right The education sectors of any new market for me Now if I need to be the best uh data science studio in the country I need to know everything about this particular domain And the only way it and the fastest way to get there is by educating myself not by going out there and experiencing but rather learning from others mistakes And how do I do I do this I goto a coach I find the main road and I blindly start falling What he says because hes been there done that And what I get out off it is purely learning from what hes done Now toe some rays Yes guys education is absolutely necessary for your success All of you Please please please educate yourselves on new topics and keep improving yourselves Kudos
