Hey Charlie Thanks for asking this question Its a very live in question because boards are coming and I know how much pressure it adds up on students So number one you need to realize is that you know your results and board will not deter mined your future in the world I was extremely poor I I think I got the and something like that in boards on Duh Well I think I made a living out of that in the same way Ive seen a lot of people feeling so please dont judge yourself based on that The other thing what you need to do is keep systems in place which is you need to make sure that you know whatever time that youre spending you cant be starting for I was in a stretch so you study for some time in a sprint and that is you know for one are you concentrate properly Then for another you can just practice Then take a break from it have a good amount of nap have good food that keeps you awake A lot of food can make you sleepy So all these things need to be there and spry sting less distracted from social media All this if you do it in a healthy manner will relieve pressure and youll stay happier and perform better in boards Take care See you tomorrow
