Okay so we all tend to speak that running from situation is never an option With this I would like to quote something with stays running away from things you find unpleasant causes sufferings But facing in challenging such situations will enrich your life which is the biggest thing I would like to share is you try to forget somebody after a break up because youre trying to forget you missed that person more rather start giving your life to other things to other people So whatever youre doing whatever work you are in tow start giving your own self tow things that you really need to rely on or you really need to correct That is the only way that you can always find a solution in your own situation This is just example that Im sharing with you guys But it is very very important that we too not really run away from the situation because the more youre gonna run the more it will come running up to you Rather it should be something that you are stiff You are strong within that The thing is stopping to disturb you and your mind You should really work upon your mind You really youre known to have a stronger self
