so the basic framework that I used to not get distracted is the basis of my book and distractible Its this four part framework if you think about distraction leads you to things you dont want to do The opposite of distraction is traction so you have a row pointed right an air pointing to the left Youve got traction and distraction things you want to do with your time things that you do with intent and things that you do not want to do Those distractions And then you have internal triggers an external triggers so you can think about two arrows one pointing in from each of the top and the bottom internal triggers an external triggers Those are the things that we want to find ways to control and hack back So basically you can work your way around those four points And thats the basic framework of two number one master The internal triggers number to make time for traction Number three hack back the external triggers and number four the last step is to prevent distraction with packs And so that is how we become indestructible is utilizing these four basic steps This is how we learn the skill to control our attention and choose our life
