What is the best way to fish Ill tell you one thing I stopped going to the gym for a couple of weeks Now I think maybe a month eso One of the things that Ill tell you about being without going to the gym is you need to parts being one thing is dieting Proper diet will get you along with Okay that is one of the things The second thing is that workload at home Okay well at home in this ends work hours in the sense that exercise regardless of what sort of exercise you do you dont need weights You dont need the machine You dont need a treatment You dont need shit All you need is exercise exercise in any form Do the dishes Okay hang clothes do tours at home Sweet Not not the white the floor But maybe sweep the floor do toes that comes under the doing tours again Uh go for a run go for a job go for a walk with repair and go for a walk with your elder your grandparents or whatever Go for a walk with the community that goes for walks in the morning I wake up at five in the morning youll find people going for work Just meet them up go walking with them You do some sort of exercise but finally like almost like people of all your benefits will come through Just one thing and that is dieting if you eat the right food if you eat the right amounts if you read if you eat regularly If you eat three meals a day and meet your caloric requirements or keep it and deficit our excess depending on whether youre trying to lose a game will help you go a long way in comparison Exercising is just about being fit See I am able to maintain my weight for some reason not where Im actually underway by a significant amount of being kilos But I am able to maintain that by eating regularly eating the right amount of food without exercise But the only thing the only difference for me is that I am not fit Okay for me to be comfort whenever I end up like deciding that me and a couple of my friends decided that were gonna go for breakfast on the track or any trip or something I take about a month I will be significant I make sure that we go for runs I make sure that I got at home vehicle like more for minutes Well go for minutes and Ill be fit for the drink And those tractor thats there like Rex that Thatll easily cover like lets say well be calling like kilometers and snow throughout the day Okay so wait We will travel like maybe kilometers sometimes So understanding that exercise meets fitness is different from what Being fit Okay if you want to be for you cantjust diet you have to exercise You have to put your muscles through the trouble so that they understand that they do not meet them are they need toe work to meet them Okay so theres a lot of but first thing bad second thing exercise Make sure you put these two together
