so the problem here is not as much off as it is not the problem of the students but it is more of a problem from the side off the parents who have seen more off the world who have more experience You cant point the child in the right direction On DIT is again a lot off problem with US system who feels our young others who are is like who are making an important decision in their lives Our system just cant help them and thats the problem And as we are sensitive people your lover barrens we dont want to blame them But we all love them Okay I love my parents too so Im not going to blame my parents But rather I were to blame the system Lets not go there Lets not blame anyone and anything Lets just try to find a solution Yet Now what I think is that majority of students why they up for engineering courses Off course they dont know what else to do when theyre At those ages day probably hear from their parents that the only way you can you know like succeeding in India in this country by becoming an engineer and only then you will get a fat paycheck Which of course is not true I have a lot of inundating graduate friends I am not engineering graduate And right now after the placement after my after I have also got the job they have been placed We still on just the same amount of money Okay Like we have the similar package and well a few I earn a lot more than I would say most off my friends Yeah Okay So lets not go there Its not compare but yeah like we earn almost similar kind off packages again No I would go as far as to say that nobody none off my engineering friends on more than me Like as far as the engineering French in my circular concern And you know like they did They were like topples off their class Im not talking about the friends like they didnt do well at school They were the choppers off their classes and they were placed that really good companies Okay so those other friends Im talking about but these students lets go back to the colleges when these students dont have didnt have proper guidance So what happens is these students dont have proper guidance and they end up doing nothing And they just choose these careers based on whatever their parents tell them Like youre going to get a fact paycheck on leaf you become an engineer and off course Your parents too dont have much off a knowledge off all the other things that are possible in this world All the other professions that are present in this world And you know like even after you become an engineer a lot off my Ive seen a lot of people even after they become an engineer You are not going to be placed as an engineer in the field that you graduated and youre probably going to change your field or you are just going to become maybe and Germany Yes Ive seen engineers will become an HR manager You are goingto maybe become like a development head that you can You are going to just do a whole different job than work you have done you have studied for so mainly I would say that this is the problem with the guidance that they received from the parents and the system on day like gardens that they lacked guidance That is why they opt for engineering courses So that is what I will leave you guys with And right now I have to leave for something I need to broke my mother off so yeah
